🏢 Bookimed — is a leading medical tourism platform that connects patients with top clinics worldwide. We are currently looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join our Finance Team and support our operations through timely invoicing, payment tracking, and partner reporting.

 

📍 Location: Remote

 

🔹 Issue invoices to partners based on internal reports and partner data

🔹 Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances

🔹 Perform regular reconciliations of mutual settlements with partners

🔹 Review financial reports submitted by partners for accuracy and completeness

🔹 Ensure that all data is properly recorded in the accounting system (Xero) and CRM

🔹 Communicate with partners and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

 

🔹 University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, work experience 2+ year

🔹 Attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to work with numbers

🔹 Basic understanding of financial transactions (debit/credit level)

🔹 English level: B2 or higher, both written and spoken

🔹 Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets

🔹 Willingness to learn and grow — junior candidates also are welcome
