З 1 по 21 серпня 2024 року викладачі Київського національного економічного університету    успішно пройшли стажування в рамках міжнародного проєкту https://kneu.edu.ua/ua/University_en/international_connections/defep/
Комплексна програма навчання охоплювала наступні ключові напрями:
•  Університетський менеджмент: орієнтований на вдосконалення навичок для ефективного управління навчальними закладами.
•  Інструкція онлайн-курсу: Проведено поглиблене навчання методології навчання для дистанційної освіти.
•  Радники/тьютори: запропоновані стратегії для ефективної підтримки студентів в онлайн-програмах.
Навчання проходило як у синхронному, так і в асинхронному форматах. Асинхронний компонент, розміщений на платформі Moodle в Державному університеті Молдови, містив презентації, навчальні матеріали та оцінювання. Учасники також брали участь в обговореннях на форумах і відвідували щотижневі зустрічі Zoom для живої взаємодії. https://defep.chmnu.edu.ua/uk/project-news/training-program-ua/
Усі слухачі курсів, які успішно пройшли всі модулі та оцінювання, отримали сертифікати, що підтверджують їхні досягнення у професійному розвитку.

From August 1 to 21, 2024, the teachers of the Kyiv National University of Economics successfully completed the training program as part of an international project DEFEP.

The comprehensive training program covered the following key areas:

·       University Management: Focused on enhancing skills for effectively managing educational institutions.

·       Online Course Instruction: Provided in-depth training on teaching methodologies for distance education.

·       Advisors/Tutors: Offering strategies for effectively supporting students in online programs.

The training was delivered through both synchronous and asynchronous formats. The asynchronous component, hosted on the Moodle platform at Moldova State University, featured presentations, learning materials, and assessments. Participants also engaged in discussions via forums and attended weekly Zoom meetings for live interactions.

Participants who successfully completed all modules and assessments have been awarded certificates, recognizing their achievements in professional development.
