З 1 січня 2023 року в університеті розпочато роботу в рамках проєкту 101083143 — DEFEP «Distance Education for Future: best EU practices in response to the requests of modern higher education seekers and labor market» (Дистанційна освіта для майбутнього: кращі практики ЄС у відповідь на запити здобувачів сучасної вищої освіти та ринку праці) в рамках програми Еразмус+ за напрямком ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE-STRAND-2 – Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education: Strand 2 – Partnerships for transformation in higher education.

Основна мета проєкту: Удосконалення та забезпечення стійкості системи дистанційної освіти на основі кращих європейських практик, задля посилення спроможності ЗВО країн Східного партнерства у формуванні компетентностей здобувачів, відповідно до когнітивних, біхевіористичних і технологічних трансформацій особистості, суспільства та ринку праці.

 Завдання проєкту:

1. Обґрунтувати підходи до провадження дистанційної освіти як окремої самостійної форми навчання молоді та дорослих для формування затребуваних перспективних компетентностей, з урахуванням когнітивних, біхевіористичних і технологічних  трансформацій особистості, суспільства та ринку праці.
2. Комплексно удосконалити систему дистанційної освіти у ЗВО як окремої самостійної форми навчання молоді та дорослих і посилити її інституційне, організаційне, методичне, кадрове, матеріально-технічне забезпечення.
3. Підвищити професійні та загальні компетентності науково-педагогічних і адміністративних співробітників ЗВО задля напрацювання специфічних навичок, що необхідні для переходу на дистанційну форму навчання.
4. Забезпечити тестування дистанційної освіти як окремої самостійної форми навчання у ЗВО за окремими (експериментальними) спеціальностями із застосуванням відповідної електронної платформи та методичного та дидактичного забезпечення задля формування перспективних компетентностей.
5. Зміцнити співпрацю між ЗВО країн ЄС і Східного партнерства, що входять до складу консорціуму та сприяти розвитку їх соціально-економічного потенціалу шляхом  впровадження стійкої системи дистанційної освіти для формування перспективних компетентностей, з урахуванням когнітивних, біхевіористичних і технологічних  трансформацій особистості, суспільства та ринку праці.

У рамках реалізації даного проєкту передбачено:

1. започаткування дистанційної форми навчання на освітній програмі «Інвестиційний менеджмент» - другий (магістерський) рівень вищої освіти, спеціальність 072 – фінанси, банківська справа та страхування;
2. розвиток дистанційної форми навчання на освітній програмі «Фінансовий менеджмент і контролінг» - другий (магістерський) рівень вищої освіти, спеціальність 072 – фінанси, банківська справа та страхування;
3. створення Лабораторії дистанційної освіти на факультеті фінансів.

On 1 January 2023, the university started work within the framework of the project 101083143 - DEFEP "Distance Education for Future: Best EU Practices in Response to the Requests of Modern Higher Education Seekers and labor Market" within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme in the direction ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE-STRAND-2 - Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education: Strand 2 - Partnerships for transformation in higher education.

Partners of the project

The main goal of the project: Improving and ensuring the sustainability of the distance education system on the basis of the best European practices, in order to strengthen the capacity of higher education institutions of the Eastern Partnership countries in the formation of the competencies of students, in accordance with cognitive, behavioural and technological transformations of the individual, society and the labor market.

Tasks of the project:

1. To substantiate the approaches to the implementation of distance education as a separate independent form of education for young people and adults for the formation of sought-after prospective competencies, taking into account cognitive, behavioural and technological transformations of the individual, society and labor market.
2. Comprehensively improve the system of distance education in higher education institutions as a separate independent form of education for youth and adults and strengthen its institutional, organizational, methodological, personnel, material and technical support.
3. To increase the professional and general competences of scientific, pedagogical and administrative staff of higher educational institutions in order to develop specific skills necessary for the transition to distance education.
4. To provide testing of distance education as a separate independent form of education in higher education institutions in several specialities with the use of an appropriate electronic platform and methodological and didactic support for the formation of future-proof competences 
5. Strengthen cooperation between HEIs of the EU and Eastern Partnership countries that are part of the consortium and promote the development of their socio-economic potential by implementing a sustainable system of distance education for the formation of promising competencies, taking into account cognitive, behavioural and technological transformations of the individual, society and the labor market.

As a part of this project, the following is envisaged:

1. Launch of distance learning study programme in Investment Management - second (master's) level of higher education, qualification 072 - Finance, Banking and Insurance;
2. Development of distance learning in the educational programme "Financial Management and Controlling" - second (master's) level of higher education, qualification 072 - Finance, Banking and Insurance;
3. Setting up of the Distance Education Laboratory at the Faculty of Finance.
