Limestone Digital is looking for Financial Operations Manager
Required skills:
- 1,5 years of experience in the financial and economic area
- Experience with accounting systems, ERP
- Proficiency in monitoring Account Receivables
- Experience with reconciling accounts and billing
- Proficient user of Excel and Google Sheet
- Desire and ability to scrupulously build operational work on a daily basis and take responsibility
- Ability to independently determine priorities and coordinate them (alternatively - willingness and ability to learn fast)
- Good knowledge in the field of accounting and management reporting
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability for self-study and developed analytical skills
- Higher education, the availability of special training in the field of accounting or financial management would be a plus
- Upper-intermediate English level
Responsibilities:
- Participating in the approval process of payment requests
- Billing - issuing invoices to clients (including checking the correctness of primary data - ratings, hours worked, team composition)
- Payments, transactions in the ERP system
- Daily reports: balance of account balances, payments and receipts, accounts receivable
- Monthly preparation of documentations for accounting
- Other tasks and reports from the financial director
