Responsibilities: 🐾 Ensuring quality, timely recruitment of experienced hires 🐾 Indirect, direct search and pre-screening of CVs 🐾 Candidates' assessment and selection 🐾 Making job offers to the selected candidates, coordinating the hiring process 🐾 Coordinating campaigns for attracting graduate candidates Requirements: 🐾 Bachelor or Master degree 🐾 English at Intermediate level 🐾 Minimum 6 months experience as Recruiter 🐾 Excellent interviewing skills (competency based interviews as a plus) 🐾 Strong expertise in search resources and research tools; excellent networking skills 🐾 Proactive and self motivated, able to work independently 🐾 Friendly, confident, attentive to details |
