🏢 GOPA AFC is looking for a Project Coordinator / Junior Consultant

 

🔸Project Planning and Coordination

🔸Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

🔸Coordinate with international and regional stakeholders and consultants to ensure alignment and collaboration.

🔸Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to sen-ior management.

🔸Manage tasks and ensure follow-up and timely delivery.

🔸Communication and Reporting

🔸Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and partners.

🔸Prepare and distribute project reports, minutes of meetings, and other documentation.

🔸Organize and participate in project meetings, both virtual and in-person.

🔸Quality Assurance

🔸Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

🔸Conduct regular project reviews and audits to maintain ad-herence to project plans and standards.

 

🔸Conduct data collection and analysis to support business decisions.

🔸Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and patterns.

🔸Assist in early information and acquisition activities for ten-der processes.

🔸Collect References and Produce Prequalification Docu-ments / Expression of Interest

🔸Gather and analyze online information through desk re-search and networks and online meetings.

🔸Contribute in regular tenders, supporting proposals devel-opment

🔸Conduct thorough desk research to gather relevant infor-mation.

🔸Participate in meetings to obtain and disseminate crucial da-ta.

🔸Work as per TOR as agreed with the Client and the Project Team Leader

🔸Professional experience: Master of Economics, university graduate 

🔸Languages: English (C1 level)
