🌐 KPMG is looking for a Intern Legal to join our team.

 

🔹 Carry out research on various legal matters, analysis of court practice

🔹 Prepare legal advice, memoranda, draft contracts/transaction documents, engage in DD

legal assignments, etc.

🔹 Under counsel’s / senior consultant’s supervision draft proposals and responses to clients’

requests

🔹 Participate in client meetings and conference calls

🔹 Cooperate with junior staff, share experience and feedback

🔹 Report to a counsel on the progress with client engagements

🔹 Handle multiple tasks simultaneously

 

🔹 Last-year student of the renowned Ukrainian university

🔹 Good knowledge of Corporate, Civil, Investment, Commercial law

🔹 Working experience in a leading law firm and/or a Big 4 firm is a plus, not a must

🔹 Knowledge on Banking & Finance Law, currency control regulation is a plus

🔹 Fluent Ukrainian, confident spoken and written English

🔹 Studies (e.g., LLM) in a recognized foreign university/college is a plus, not a must

🔹 Responsible, goal-oriented, ambitious and ready to work hard
