Deloitte is seeking a Junior Lawyer to join In-House Legal team within the Internal Client Services department at the Kyiv office.

▪️Drafting, negotiating, amending the agreements of various types

▪️Drafting internal documents, including orders, opinions, and POA

▪️Conducting legal research and investigation

▪️Participating in legal negotiations with clients of the Company

▪️Checking the compliance with internal policies

▪️Litigations

 

▪️Higher legal education

▪️Experience in reviewing commercial contracts

▪️Experience working with corporate documents

▪️Strong analytical skills

▪️Ability to work in a team and to manage multiple engagements

▪️Ability to meet deadlines

▪️Excellent communications skills, ability to duly communicate with regulators

▪️Upper-Intermediate English or higher
