WU are delighted to invite you to the WU International Staff Days 2025, taking place from March 24-28, 2025, on Campus WU in Vienna. This event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with colleagues from partner universities worldwide and exchange ideas on best practices in higher education.

Event details:

• Dates: March 24-28, 2025 (Monday-Friday). From Monday to Wednesday, participants will engage in the International Staff Days program. On Thursday and Friday, we will organize tailored meetings with WU colleagues to foster deeper collaboration.
• Location: Campus WU, Vienna.
• Program update: Detailed information about the program will follow via email in mid-February 2025.
• Topic: Student Life Cycle: From Support to Success.
  This track is designed to enhance the student experience by sharing best practices and exploring innovative strategies in higher education. It is particularly relevant for colleagues working in areas such as Admissions, Career Services, Examinations, International Exchange, Student Recruiting, Student Support, Study Information, and Credit Transfer.

Erasmus+ Scholarship:
WU will be able to invite 2 colleagues from KNEU for the staff days. KNEU participants are eligible for an Erasmus+ scholarship of €1395 per person for the one-week stay at WU. The scholarship will be disbursed in cash upon arrival at WU Vienna on Monday, March 24, 2025.
