International Scientific Conference Economics of Digital Transformation DIGITOMICS06 Травня 2020р.

24 - 26 June 2020

Dear Sir or Madam,

Due to the fact that the global epidemiological situation does not allow us to organise the Conference according to our previous call, the Program and Organisational Committee has decided to organise our third Conference ONLINE within VIRTUAL PLATFORM (Zoom). Due to such extraordinary circumstances, we are pleased to announce that the abstract submission deadline for the 3nd International Scientific Conference Economics of Digital Transformation (EDT) DIGITOMICS, which will be held in June 24-26 2020, according to the previous plan, has been extended until MONDAY 01 JUNE 2020! Authors are invited to register https://www.edt-conference.com/registration.php  and submit paper abstracts https://www.edt-conference.com/abstract-submission.php  at the EDT Conference website or to send paper abstract via official EDT Conference e-mail edt-conference@efri.hr  by 01 JUNE 2020. Due to the fact that we significantly reduced costs of the Conference organisation (except publication costs), we are able to decrease our Conference fee to 100 EUR per paper!

Please download and read the attached official Call for papers. For further and newest information please regularly visit EDT Conference website: http://www.edt-conference.com. We would also like to note that, even though our general topic deals with the processes of economic effects of digital transformation, we are also very happy to accept high quality papers that cover more general economic topics.

The theme of this year's Conference  is "Monetary and Fiscal Policy at the Crossroads".

Last year we had a privilege to host Robert J. Barro, Paul M. Warburg Professor of Economics, Harvard University as our main keynote speaker. This year we will also present stellar keynote speakers which will be announced in due time. Besides the lectures from prominent keynote speakers, we will organize a special session on fiscal and monetary issues in Croatia to spark a lively policy debate.

Also, we organise our regular special smart city session on topic “Transdisciplinary approaches to the smart city debate”.

Furthermore, we would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation and gratitude to everyone willing to contribute to make this EDT conference successful.

We are eagerly looking forward to your papers, enquirers and contributions.
