Sound organization and wide range of office skills. Proficiency in standard computer applications e.g. electronic communication, database searches and management, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and planning software.

Ability to multitask, to work under pressure and independently when required. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage projects and diversified cultures. Skills and knowledge in vehicle pooling systems.

Thorough knowledge and understanding of a wide range of administrative policies and procedures and SOPs related to management of fixed assets and facilities management. Demonstrated knowledge of modern computerized asset management techniques and operations. Knowledge of conditions of storage of fixed assets and inventories. Good knowledge in procurement. 

 

Essential: University degree (Bachelor’s level) in Business Management/Administration or any other related field.

Desirable: Advanced university degree (Master’s level or above) in business administration or field relevant to the above duties and responsibilities. Training, certificate and/or practice in project management.

 

Essential: At least 1 year of relevant experience working in the area of administration, facilities, asset or vendors. 

Desirable: Experience in the field of overseeing or managing facilities, preferably for an international organization or similar. Relevant experience in WHO or another UN agency and non-governmental organization during humanitarian response an asset.

 

Essential: Expert knowledge of English and Ukrainian.
