Main Responsibilities: Training conducting 🔹Develop training curriculum schedule for the region based on national training curriculum 🔹Build training route plan and execute it 🔹Interact with retail partners management, shop directors and FSMs to organize time and location for instore training according to curriculum 🔹Ensure training participant registration and report training result to RFFM, Master Trainer and Group Head of Retail Marketing 🔹Evaluate quality of training by method appropriate to training technique and report the result of evaluation to RFFM, Master Trainer and Group Head of Retail Marketing 🔹Ensure that training is efficient and influences the store sellout result 🔹Ability to manage the full training cycle in designated region, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms aiming to reach full and timely performance of training curriculum with tangible sell out increase Requirements: 🔹Working experience in telecom 🔹Ability to deliver In-Store training at least 80% of working time 🔹Personal car 🔹Upper-Intermediate English 🔹Higher education: BS or MS Degree (Economy, etc.) or equivalent 🔹Excel, Power Point working knowledge 🔹Excellent presentation skills 🔹Ability to motivate trainees to achieve sales goal Interested?
