Упродовж двох тижнів проєктна група від Київського національного економічного університету імені Вадима Гетьмана у складі координатора проєктної групи – Лариси Антонюк, проректора з наукової роботи, менеджера проєкту - Марини Сільченко, проректора науково-педагогічної роботи та цифрової трансформації, дослідника проєкту – Тетяни Майорової, професора кафедри корпоративних фінансів та контролінгу, прийняли участь у навчальних візитах до європейських університетів в рамках проєкту 101083143 — DEFEP Project «Distance Education for Future: best EU practices in response to the requests of modern higher education seekers and labor market» (Дистанційна освіта для майбутнього: кращі практики ЄС у відповідь на запити здобувачів сучасної вищої освіти та ринку праці).

Перший навчальний візит відбувся 2 по 6 жовтня 2023 року до Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. Основною метою візиту було вивчити досвід застосування екранних мистецтв (кіно, відео) в процесі дистанційної освіти - «Film and Video Art in the Methodology of Distance Education».

Упродовж навчального візиту команда дослідників від КНЕУ ознайомилася із технічною, організаційною та методичною складовою організації освітніх програм магістерського рівня за дистанційною формою в Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, з досвідом організації дистанційної освіти на базі онлайн-університету La Universidad en Internet, з технічним оснащенням лабораторій для розробки відеоконтенту для дистанційної освіти тощо.

Також команда проєкту прийняла участь у майстер-класі зі створення відеолекцій для дистанційних курсів для внутрішніх студентів та для МООС для зовнішніх слухачів, вивчила досвід розробки та особливості використання МООС в навчальному процесі. Окремої уваги було приділено іспанському досвіду забезпечення якості дистанційної освіти.

На завершення навчального візиту до Universidad Rey Juan Carlos було обговорено шляхи розвитку дистанційної освіти в Україні з урахування європейського досвіду.  

Наступний навчальний візит в рамках проекту DEFEP відбувся з 9 по 13 жовтня 2023 року в Університеті Палермо. В цьому університеті навчається близько 50 тисяч студентів. Хоча офіційно він був заснований в 1806 році, витоки вищої освіти в цих місцях можуть бути простежені в минуле аж до 1498, коли тут вже викладали медицину і право. 

Основні заходи навчального візиту проходили у будівлі ректорату Університету Палермо, який розміщено у середньовічному палаці Palazzo Chiaromonte-Steri. 

Тиждень навчального візиту до Університету Палермо був присвячений інноваційним освітнім технологіям в дистанційній освіті. Партнери проєкту з України та Молдови ознайомилися з цифровими інструментами та практиками, які успішно використовують у навчальному процесі викладачі Університету Палермо. В рамках навчального візиту DEFEP відбулася зустріч з ректором університету Палермо, де було відмічено важливість міжнародного співробітництва в рамках проектів Еразмус+. 

Протягом тижня представники університетів – членів консорціуму DEFEP ознайомилися з Цифровою академією, яка є цифровою платформою Європейського університету; відвідували аудиторії та лабораторії для проведення онлайн-тестів; знайомилися з програмними інструментами для організації онлайн навчання, зокрема, у Moodle.

Окремо представники КНЕУ ознайомилися з особливостями функціонування магістерських онлайн-програм «Міжнародні відносини, політика та торгівля», «Цифрові гуманітарні науки для культурної індустрії», «Електроніка та телекомунікаційна інженерія», «Інженерія управління» та ін.

Також брали участь в презентації посібника з онлайн-навчання та ознайомилися із дослідженнями італійських колег щодо психологічного впливу дистанційного навчання на студентів.

Окремо в рамках навчального візиту відбулася зустріч з ректором університету Палермо, де було відмічено щодо важливості міжнародного співробітництва відповідно до проєктів Еразмус+.

Отримана інформація та зарубіжний досвід дистанційної освіти у процесі навчального візиту до Universidad Rey Juan Carlos та Університету Палермо передбачається використати для розвитку дистанційної освіти в Київському економічному університеті імені Вадима Гетьмана, зокрема, інституційного, організаційного та ресурсного забезпечення Інституту дистанційної освіти КНЕУ в частині удосконалення та розвитку:

• використовуваних технологій онлайнового навчання в освітньому процесі на денній та заочній формі навчання через використання технології перевернутого класу, підтримки навчання студентів особливих категорій, якісного забезпечення навчання тієї категорії студентів, які під час воєнного стану не можуть долучатись до занять, тощо;
• процесу організації навчання за дистанційною формою на кафедрі корпоративних фінансів і контролінгу в КНЕУ на освітній програмі «Корпоративні фінанси» першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти та ОПП «Фінансовий менеджмент і контролінг», ОПП «Інвестиційний менеджмент» - другого (магістерського) рівня вищої освіти.
• тренінг-курсів підвищення кваліфікаціх викладачів, пов’язаних з використанням технологій дистанційного навчання, блоками, пов’язаними і створенням мультимедійного контенту.

Також отримана інформація буде використана у процесі підготовки навчального відеоконтенту для усіх студентів КНЕУ та створення лабораторії дистанційної освіти на базі факультету фінансів  КНЕУ.

EXPLORING THE EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE OF DISTANCE EDUCATION

For two weeks, the Project Team from the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, consisting of the Project Team Coordinator - Larysa Antoniuk, Vice-Rector for Research, Project Manager - Maryna Silchenko, Vice-Rector for Research and Digital Transformation, Project Researcher - Tetiana Mayorova, Professor of the Department of Corporate Finance and Controlling, took part in study visits to European universities within the framework of the 101083143 - DEFEP Project "Distance Education for Future: Best EU practices in response to the requests of modern higher education seekers and labor market". 

The first study visit took place on October 2-6, 2023 at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. The main purpose of the visit was to study the experience of using screen arts (film, video) in the process of distance education - "Film and Video Art in the Methodology of Distance Education".

During the study visit, the team of researchers from KNEU got familiarized with the technical, organizational and methodological components of the organization of master's degree programs in distance education at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, with the experience of organizing distance education on the basis of the online university La Universidad en Internet, with the technical equipment of laboratories for developing video content for distance education, etc.

The Project team also took part in a master class on creating video lectures for distance courses for internal students and for MOOCs for external students, studied the experience of developing and using MOOCs in the educational process. Special attention was paid to the Spanish experience of ensuring the quality of distance education.

At the end of the study visit to the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, the participants discussed ways to develop distance education in Ukraine, taking into account European experience.

The next study visit within the DEFEP Project took place from October 9 to 13, 2023 at the University of Palermo. About 50 thousand students study at this university. Although it was officially founded in 1806, the origins of higher education in these places can be traced back to 1498, when medicine and law were already taught here.

The main events of the study visit took place in the University of Palermo Rector's building, which is located in the medieval palace Palazzo Chiaromonte-Steri.

The week of the study visit to the University of Palermo was dedicated to innovative educational technologies in distance education. The Project partners from Ukraine and Moldova got familiarized with the digital tools and practices that are successfully used in the educational process by the University of Palermo teachers. As part of the DEFEP study visit, a meeting was held with the Rector of the University of Palermo, where the importance of international cooperation within the framework of Erasmus+ projects was emphasized.

During the week, representatives of the DEFEP Consortium Member Universities got acquainted with the Digital Academy, which is a digital platform of the European University; visited classrooms and laboratories for online tests; and got acquainted with software tools for organizing online learning, in particular, Moodle.

Separately, KNEU representatives got acquainted with the specifics of the functioning of the master's degree online programs "International Relations, Politics and Trade", "Digital Humanities for the Cultural Industry", "Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering", "Management Engineering", etc.

They also took part in the presentation of the online learning manual and got acquainted with the research of Italian colleagues on the psychological impact of distance learning on students.

Separately, as part of the study visit, a meeting with the Rector of the University of Palermo, where the importance of international cooperation under Erasmus+ projects was emphasized, was held.

The information and foreign experience of distance education gained during the study visit to Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and the University of Palermo are expected to be used for the development of distance education at the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, in particular, institutional, organizational and resource support of the Institute of Distance Education of KNEU in terms of improvement and development:

• the use of online learning technologies in the educational process in full-time and part-time education through the use of flipped classroom technology, support for the education of special categories of students, quality education for those students who cannot attend classes during martial law, etc;
• the process of organizing distance learning at the Department of Corporate Finance and Controlling at KNEU in the educational program "Corporate Finance" of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education and the educational program "Financial Management and Controlling", the educational program "Investment Management" - the second (master's) level of higher education.
• training courses for teachers related to the use of distance learning technologies, blocks related to the creation of multimedia content.

The collected information will also be used in the process of preparing educational video content for all KNEU students and creating a distance education laboratory at the KNEU Faculty of Finance.
