9 жовтня розпочався навчальний команди КНЕУ  проєкту DEFEP Project Erasmus+ KA2  "Distance education for future: best EU practices in response to the requests of modern higher education seekers and labor market" до Університету Палермо. До цього проєкту входять представники шести університетів України та двох з Молдови.

Захід було розпочато у середньовічному палаці Palazzo Chiaromonte-Steri, де зараз  розташований ректорат Університету Палермо. На початку зустрічі з вітальним словом всіх учасників заходу звернувся ректор університету  Massimo Midiri. Проректор з інноваційної діяльності університету Luisa Amenta  ознайомила учасників з новими підходами до навчання студентів та мотивації викладачів в умовах діджиталізації освіти.  Ignazio Vinci та Simona Mercantini поділилися досвідом  використання цифрової платформи FORTHEM.

On 9 October, the Study Visit of the DEFEP Project team to the University of Palermo in frame of Erasmus+ KA2 "Distance education for future: best EU practices in response to the requests of modern higher education seekers and labour market" began. The project team includes representatives of six universities from Ukraine and two from Moldova.

The event started in the medieval palace Palazzo Chiaromonte-Steri, which now is the UniPa administration building. At the beginning of the meeting, the Rector of University of Palermo, Massimo Midiri took the floor for a welcoming speech. Luisa Amenta, Vice-Rector for Innovation, introduced the participants to new approaches to teaching students and motivating teachers in the context of digitalisation of education.  Ignazio Vinci and Simona Mercantini shared their experience of using the FORTHEM digital platform.
