We are looking for an attentive and responsible PE Support Specialist  forour growing company. As a part of Accounting & Finance Pod, this person will be responsible for basic local PE support and accounting. ‍ What we expect you to do:

✔️Assist and guide PEs in UA region during PE registration process, prepare and keep up-to-date instructions on PE registration process;

✔️Advise on opening bank accounts, transfer from another bank and prepare related documents;

✔️Assist with client- bank opening and related issues (changing keys, etc.);

✔️Signing Agreements with new PEs;

✔️Delivery of needed documentation to/ from the Bank;

✔️Be responsible for the Group of PEs (from 50 up to 90 PEs registered in the Unified Taxation system);

✔️Prepare payment documents on a monthly basis (acts and invoices for each PE in Ukraine, making sure these documents are signed and submitted to the bank on time);

✔️Etc.

 Your Profile:

✔️At least A2 level of English

✔️Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting;

✔️Willingness to start career as a part of finance team in an IT company;

✔️Communication skills;

✔️Result-oriented and stick to deadlines;

✔️Good analytical and problem-solving skills;

 Great to have:

✔️An understanding of accounting processes and procedures, knowledge and understanding of the Ukrainian law;  

Knowledge in Excel, Word and Outlook, Client-Bank system, ✔️Electronic cabinet of Taxpayers;
