Ensuring quality, cost effective and timely recruitment of experienced hires

Direct search and pre-screening of CVs, reference checking

Candidates' assessment and selection, coordination of interviews with hiring managers

Making job offers to the selected candidates, coordinating the hiring process

Delivering welcome training to new joiners

 

University degree

English at Upper Intermediate level

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with an international company or recruitment agency

Excellent interviewing skills (competency based interviews as a plus)

Strong expertise in search resources and research tools; excellent networking skills

Understanding the whole in-house recruitment cycle

Ability to communicate effectively at all management levels in Ukrainian, Russian and English

Excellent client relationship skills

Proactive and self motivated, able to work independently

Friendly, confident, attentive to details
