Deloitte in Ukraine is currently seeking a Junior Learning & Development Specialist for the Talent department in our Kyiv office.

The role will involve:
Organization and support of internal trainings (materials preparation, communication with participants and trainers, feedbacks collection);
Registration of participants for external trainings, documentation support, billing control;
Coordination of Learning management system;
Preparation of learning statistics and reports;
Assistance in L&D budget control.
To be considered you should possess:
University degree (HR will be a plus);
Working experience in the HR sphere will be a preference;
Good communication skills, mature and dynamic nature;
Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Good knowledge of English (intermediate level and above);
Multitasking, attention to details,
Ability to work with a big amount of information;
Negotiation skills;
High level of motivation and result-oriented approach, desire to develop yourself in the HR sphere.
