Wentrum is looking for a Сustomer Support Representative:
 
Requirements:
 
 Fluent English (B2 is a minimum);
 
Business communication skills;
Strong desire to work and constantly develop your skills and knowledge;
Ability to learn fast;
Basic knowledge of MS Office;
Being a team player;
Experience in customer support and communication with native speakers will be a plus.
 
Main Responsibilities:
 
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers, colleagues and partners at all times;
Communicating with customers and partners by calls, chats, emails and messages;
Providing partners with assistance related to orders;
Promptly process orders, applications and resolve client's requests;
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
No cold calling.
