Your key responsibilities: Assisting with the recruiting tests' logistics Filling in EY recruitment databases in a timely and diligent manner and provide analytical insights upon request Assisting with organizing career fairs, presentations at the universities, organizing students contests, workshops, open door days, and other recruitment/employer brand events Skills and attributes for success: Your key responsibilities: University degree in HR/ Economics/Linguistics or another related field (3-6 years of study) Upper-Intermediate level of English, fluent Ukrainian, and Russian Analytical skills and good time management Result-oriented, proactive and responsible Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What we offer: Continuous learning: You’ll develop the mindset and skills to navigate whatever comes next.
