Qualifications
• Being a team player with an independent mind
• Having Intermediate level of English
• Having good problem-solving skills
• Being well-organized and attentive to details
• Being an energetic and positive person to talk to
• Having experience in recruitment and event organizations will be a plus
• Having higher education (it is also OK if you are still studying to get your degree)
Areas of Responsibility
• Operating on HR CRM, LinkedIn and different job sites
• Collaborating with HR, PR, Marketing departments
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date HR files
• Preselecting IT talents for various roles
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Selecting, ordering, preparing and distributing promo materials and presents for events.
