We are looking for a talented full-time recruiter for USA software company SoftLab360. Hiring A-players, empowering Employer Brand, exploring new ways of sourcing are your day-to-day challenges!
Requirements:
- 6+ month experience in tech recruiting;
- Intermediate or higher English level;
- Excellent communication and organization skills;
- Goal oriented approach, non 9-6 type;
- Ability to find the person with appropriate mindset;
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates in LinkedIn, Djinni, Upwork etc;
- Screening CV`s and select the best candidates;
- Scheduling and conducting interviews ;
- Assistant to CEO in HR stuff;
- Manage company's account on DOU;
- Employer brand management;
