😼 Due to our expanding operations, Xpand is looking for a Personal Assistant to Chief Services and Technology Officer to join our team. 
 
Requirements to candidates: ⬇️
— Last years University student
— Great written and verbal communication skills
— Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy schedule and handle various responsibilities effectively
— Flexibility and composure in a fast-moving environment
— Strong sense of initiative and self-driven attitude
— Ability to research and source ad hock information
— Strong attention to details
— Tech-savvy and experienced MS Office user
— Proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking
— Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
— Upper-intermediate level of English or higher (written and spoken)
— High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and communication
 
⚡️ Would be a plus:
• 1+ years of experience as a personal or administrative assistant would be advantageous
• A good understanding of business/enterprise process
 
Responsibilities:
🔹Manage CSTO's daily schedule, reviewing, identifying and handling gaps, overlaps or conflicts
🔹Attending meetings, assisting in organizing, preparing for, and documenting meetings, including agenda creation and follow-up actions
🔹Support CSTO in tracking and managing various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved
🔹Help in prioritizing the backlog with tasks, manage and organize tasks documenting (MS Dynamix 365)
🔹Maintain records and databases, keeping track of important information and contacts
🔹Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation
🔹Coordinate and facilitate communication between CSTO and internal/external stakeholders
🔹Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making
🔹Handle other requests and queries appropriately
🔹Provide administrative support
