Areas of Responsibility
• Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
• Maintaining department records and reports
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date HR files
• Collaboration with the HR team
Qualifications
• Experience as Personnel Inspector or HR manager will be an advantage
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Personal approach and passion for helping others
• People oriented and results driven
