Responsibilities: -Studying the company’s services. -Completing registration and banking forms. -Interacting with registrars, banks, and other financial institutions, drafting contracts and other documents. -Preparing invoice requests and initial documentation for deals. -Communicating with foreign partners and preparing commercial proposals. Requirements: -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law. -High proficiency in written and spoken English (B2 and above). -Excellent communication and analytical skills. -Ability to prioritize tasks correctly. -High degree of responsibility.
