We are looking for a skilled candidate who will take the position of Technical Account Manager and drive successful Practice Management and Imaging Systems integrations as part of the Implementation team anchored in Platform Product Management.
Our ideal candidate brings:
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong sense of customer service.
Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work in a team with diverse cultural backgrounds.
At least one year of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Customer Support consultant, QA engineer, or similar role.
Solid knowledge of networking, client-server setup, and Windows operating systems.
Experience with API tools like Postman or similar
Technical writing and bug reporting skills
Excellent written/verbal English language skills
Solution-oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
Availability to travel a few days a year.
