Consulting VIP clients of Expanse brands;

Analysing of clients' profiles, drawing up an activation plan for each client separately (by client groups - Silver/Gold and Platinum point by point);

Daily analysis of the client's activity, reactivations;

Working with big winnings/losses of VIP and pre-VIP clients;

Working on increasing the amount of deposits/turnovers of VIP clients;

Dealing with unsuccessful deposits/withdrawals;

Payouts/verification for VIP clients and much more.

 

Knows how to work with clients, find an individual approach;

Experienced in customer service;

Fluent spoken and written English (Portuguese would be a good advantage);

Experience with the TR1 market;

Ambitious and wants to develop not only yourself but also the department;

Proactive and not afraid to take responsibility.
