At the moment Insoft is expanding its team in Vilnius and is looking for: Manual QA Test Specialist (Entry-level and Regular) You will be responsible for: -Analyze requirement specifications, document QA activities, and create audit reports -Prepare and configure test scenarios -Write, execute test cases (manual) and analyze results -Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues -Monitor and assess risk management activities -Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards -Use various testing tools (monitoring, analysis, automation, etc.) IMPORTANT: First 2-3 months during the training, you will be working on evening shift 15:00-00:00 o'clock. After your training, you will be working on flexible, but standard business hours with an opportunity to start 07-10 o'clock in the morning and finish 16:00-19:00 o'clock at evening.
