Genesis (Sendios) is seeking a talented and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (Remote).
Sendios works with small and big companies and helps them achieve business goals with email marketing. We constantly improve our service to significantly contribute to the growth of our customers' product metrics and create newsletters that users cannot take their eyes off.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
🔸research potential leads and evaluate them according to ABM principles;
🔸prepare customized messages for potential clients and form the first impression;
🔸create the clients’ value and close leads for products demo;
🔸work closely with Sales manager to build pipeline and drive deals;
🔸maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to customers;
🔸working with other functions to improve business processes.
Hard skills:
🔸0–2 years of work experience (Sales and/or SaaS experience is a +);
🔸excellent written and verbal communication;
🔸exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information;
🔸strong organization and time management;
🔸intellectual curiosity and problem-solving;
🔸level of English B1.
Soft skills:
🔸highly organized with an ability to meet deadlines;
🔸ability to work effectively both independently and to collaborate as part of a team;
🔸team player with a “can-do” attitude;
🔸creative and highly motivated self-starter with a positive and flexible approach.
