Добігає кінця робота DEFEP-івців з формування пакету типових нормативних документів, які на рівні університету регулюють провадження дистанційної форми здобуття вищої освіти. До пакету увійшли Положення про дистанційну форму вищої освіти, типові Положення про підрозділ дистанційної освіти, що забезпечуватиме реалізацію такого способу навчання в університеті, а також різноманітні нормативні документи, що стосуються розробки освітніх програм, робочих програм по навчальним дисциплінам, написання кваліфікаційних робіт, проведення екзаменів, атестації, дотримання академічної доброчесності тощо.

За цей час ми провели і загальні зустрічі з обговорення спільного бачення якісної дистанційної вищої освіти, і зустрічі з окремими колегами-розробниками щодо кожного з положень. І ось нещодавно в КНЕУ ім. Вадима Гетьмана відбулось фінальне обговорення пакету і подальші дії щодо внесення змін в нормативні документи КНЕУ.

Окрім того 18 квітня 2024 року команда учасників проєкту від КНЕУ імені Вадима Гетьмана провели вебінар-презентацію трансформації дистанційної форми здобуття вищої освіти в університеті з врахуванням пакету типових положень, розроблених в проєкті DEFEP. Зокрема, менеджерка проєкту, проректорка з науково-педагогічної роботи та цифрової трансформації КНЕУ Марина Сільченко та директорка Інституту дистанційної освіти КНЕУ Юлія Красюк презентували напрацювання, що дозволять зробити дистанційну вищу освіту більш якісною та привабливою для українських абітурієнтів! The work of the DEFEP staff on the creation of a package of standard normative documents, which regulate the implementation of the distance form of obtaining higher education, is coming to the end. The package includes Regulations on the distance form of higher education, typical Regulations on the division of distance education, which will ensure the implementation of this method of study at the university, as well as various regulatory documents related to the development of educational programs, work programs in academic science, writing qualification papers, conducting exams , attestations, compliance with academic integrity, etc.

During this period, we held both general meetings to discuss the common vision of high-quality distance higher education, and meetings with individual developer colleagues regarding each of the provisions. Recently, the final discussion of the package and further actions regarding the introduction of changes of the normative documents of the KNEU named after Vadym Hetman took place at this University.
