Your Duties will be:
Contributing to the Academy's revenue by selling certifications and seminars to clients.
Administrative support and organization of all events for the firm’s existing and potential clients: hot and cold telephone calls, communication and registration of clients, printing materials and marketing leaflets, documents arrangement, organizing all administrative and technical issues.
CIMA program coordination (maintaining all admin issues, assistance in registering for exams).
Campaign promotion in social media. Regular updating and publishing the information on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, PwC Academy site.
Mastering CRM system (mass mailing), building up the firm’s contacts database, client needs’ assessment and analysis, preparing reports.
Liaising with external agencies, subcontractors, information partners. Preparation of Purchase Orders for supplier payments.
Follow risk management procedures for clients (creating opportunities, AML/KYC review).
Providing administrative and office support to the Academy leader and other PwC Academy staff members related to Academy’s issues.
