We are currently recruiting a Customer service representative to join our Customer marketing Team Consumer Goods.

This position is based in Kyiv and the person will report directly to the Customer Service Team Leader Ukraine.

Main responsibilities:

·       Order to billing

·       Responsible for processing orders in 1C from begin to end (order to billing).

·       Responsible for the correct, efficient and timely processing of all incoming service complaints

·       Processing invoices in accordance with the applicable procedures.

·       Providing information to customers concerning delivery times and conditions.

·       Responsible for maintaining high data quality of 1C & related systems and initiate system changes whenever required (e.g. Material Master,GDS, Customer Master, Pricing and Conditions).

·       Informing customers of delivery differences and agree upon corrective actions.

·       Processing return shipments.

·       Processing debit/credit notes.

·       Communication and Coordination

·       Secure permanent contact with Sales & Marketing, esp. KAMs to gain an understanding of market/customer behavior /of internal and external information systems.

·       Build up strong customer relationships on a daily base

·       Regular communication with delivering IDCs and optimization of customer related complaint issues

Key competencies:

·       1C - experienced user as a plus

·       English - pre-intermediate as a plus

·       Excellent analytical skills

·       Good communication skills

·       Job experience in CS /Logistics as a plus

·       Understanding of main stages of work with clients and order processing

·       Customer focus

·       Time management skills, ability to set priorities

·       Result orientation
